A house for insects stood on a flower meadow
On the estate of Wilania, Wiktoria, Wioletta, among the freshly grown flower meadow stood a modular house for insects. This construction, along with dozens of others, contributed to breaking the Guinness World Record for the largest insect house in the world as part of an action organized by the Polish Association of Developer Companies on The International Day of Biodiversity on May 22. During the finale of the #BudujemyDlaOwadów action, which took place in Warsaw on the Vistula Boulevards, we not only built the world’s largest house for insects, but also took part in workshops on ecology, listened to interesting lectures by Eco Avengers and met other eco-enthusiasts. In our house for insects will inhabit useful species that pollinate flowers, eliminate pests and contribute to the circulation of matter on Earth.
