Another Polnord project in Warsaw's Wilanów district is ready. Acceptance of apartments in the Wioletta housing estate has started

Polnord has started issuing apartments to customers in the Wioletta housing estate. This is the last of three sister projects that together form an intimate, elegant residential complex in the royal district of Warsaw – Wilanów. The offer includes functionally planned apartments with areas from 55 to 88 m2. Another Polnord project in the heart of Wilanów, at Herbu Janina Street, is already welcoming new residents. The two projects completed at the end of last year and the beginning of this year, Vilnius and Wiktoria have just been joined by the last one – Wioletta. In total, the whole complex has nine 4-storey buildings of 30 apartments each. Low buildings provide an intimate atmosphere, and recreation and quiet areas – opportunities to rest among greenery.

“The Wilania, Wiktoria, Wioletta complex is located in one of the most attractive districts of Warsaw. It perfectly fits into the vision of green, functional housing estates, which we are trying to implement in both Polnorda and Cordia. We want our projects to enable residents to live in a quiet area, and at the same time guarantee them quick access to shops and service points as well as communication with other parts of the city. This is what Wilanów is like. It is constantly very willingly chosen by customers, dynamically developing district. Residents are also attracted by its modern character and high level of security.”  – says Michał Melaniuk, President of the Management Board of Polnord SA.

Project from Medusa Group

The estate owes its distinctive, minimalist style to the architectural studio Medusa Group. The designers opted for an elegant façade covered with clinker tiles in graphite color, which contrast with the balustrades of balconies made of bright,”milky” glass. The common parts have also been designed using high quality materials such as wood, steel and architectural concrete. An undoubted advantage of the project are spacious balconies and green gardens up to 40 m2. Attention is also drawn to tall, bright apartments reaching 272 cm. What is important, numerous amenities are planned in the estate to facilitate the daily functioning of residents: bicycle boxes, trolley rooms, storage rooms assigned to some of the premises, as well as silent elevators and video intercoms. The whole area is monitored.

Polnord focuses on greenery

More than half of the area of the estate is occupied by biological areas active. Greenery fills and organizes the space between the buildings, creating an internal park with an area of up to 1.5 ha. The complex also has recreation areas and six soundproofing zones, including flower meadows, rows of trees and a green hill. Among the tall, ornamental grasses and flower shrubs, birches, mountain ash and maples were planted. It is worth noting that a hotel for useful insects built by Polnord as part of the initiative of the Polish Association of Developer Companies has also recently been built in the estate. In May this year, PZFD organized a Guinness Record break campaign for the largest insect house in the world, in which both Polnord and Cordia took part as member companies.

Polnord in Wilanów

Wilanów is one of the top districts of Warsaw. With a relatively small number of inhabitants (40,000), it has an excellent infrastructure. M.in for this reason, the Wilania, Wiktoria, Wioletta complex is not the only Polnord project in this area. There are also other housing estates developed by the Polish developer: the Brzozowy Zakątek housing estate, almost adjacent to the WWW and particularly attractive for families with small children, as well as Śródmieście Wilanów, a five-stage project within Kazachska and Branickiego streets. The estates were commissioned in 2018 and 2016 respectively. The general contractor of the entire Wilania, Wiktoria, Wioletta complex is API.
